TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Mark Hummell DATE: October 26, 2026 SUBJECT: Town Engineer re Engineering Plotter New Lease Agreement Requested Action: Please authorize the attached new lease agreement for the Engineering plotter. The current lease is with WNY Imaging, and the new lease will remain with the same provider. The terms of the new lease are more favorable, with lower payments than the current agreement. The 3-year lease payments will remain within the Engineering budget, and all other details will stay the same, including the Munis system budget line. I have attached the new lease agreement paperwork for your review and consideration. Once authorized, I will complete the lease agreement and supply the completed paperwork to all parties involved.
