TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Brian Cosgrove, Chief of Police DATE: October 26, 2026 SUBJECT: Chief Cosgrove re Body Camera Renewal Requested Action: I respectfully request authorization to sign an agreement with Utility Associates, Inc, for the renewal of our contract for body worn and patrol vehicle cameras. The renewal is a (5) five-year term at a total cost of $417,500.00 ($83,500/yr) and provides for a refresh of all body worn hardware, in-car cameras and support for the duration of the agreement. Over the course of the current agreement, we have had a positive experience with their product and as a sole source provider, look forward to continuing the relationship for another (5) five years.
