Nancy Miloff motioned to approve; Kris Baron seconded the results, motion carried, approved 4-0. AGENDA ITEMS • Update on Town Councilmember Liaison: We currently do not have an assigned Councilmember, waiting to fill the position in the election this November. In the meantime if Senior Center needs any support, any of the Councilmembers encourage us the reach out if needed. • Update on 2026 Budget Usage: Senior Center remains within budget limits on all lines. No concerns showing up. Spending in first half of year is more conservative in the event something comes up within the year, and towards second half of year we tend to purchase replacements for items for following year. • Update on 2026 Budget Revenue: Revenue has been higher every month in comparison to last year. We are on trend to meet last years Revenue – however we will be shutting down for approximately 1 month for renovations which will hinder our revenue as we will not be taking gym payments during this time. • Senior Center Membership Totals: We continue to grow our membership. New members join monthly including out of town members. • Upcoming Events: Crash Cadillac is coming for a dance in August. September and October events are pending as we are waiting for clarification from contractors as to when renovations will take place at the Senior Center. • Annual Report has been posted online. • Next Meetings: Tuesday September 15th and Tuesday November 17th at 6:15pm • Public Comment: Lydia mentioned she has heard some complaints regarding the signs on the tables in the main ballroom stating food can not be taken out of the building – Kelsey and Georgi emphasized this is Erie County’s policy, we have seen an uptick in people taking their food home and the signs on the tables are a reminder for the policy.
