OLD BUSINESS

  • Demolition Order Update

Chairperson Lang reported there is still no update; nor have any correspondence from Town Attorney
Chris Trap been received. He will continue to reach out in hopes of providing more substantial update
at next meeting.

  • CLG Grant Application Update

Chairperson Lang reported that he believes grant was submitted by the deadline. While he did not
receive confirmation specifically he was copied on electronic communication between Town Grant
Writer and NY SHPO regarding signature and submission. Chairperson Lang will utilize his contacts
with SHPO in attempt to confirm receipt. Definitive schedule for award is unknown but he believes we
should be hearing by early December if schedules follows previous years.
