TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: David Cox DATE: August 10, 2026 SUBJECT: Director of Recreation Cox re Recreation management software Requested Action: Please approve the purchase of new recreation management software from Dash by DaySmart at the cost of $6,000 for the department's administration of programs and space reservations. We received quotes from three vendors which varied from $6,000 to $11,910. The department is recommending Dash as the new vendor which will provide extended services not offered in our current software. Funds are available in budget line 01714000.50216 — computer software.
