SUBJECT:  Town Attorney re Agreement with ErieNet

Requested Action:  A motion is needed to authorize the Supervisor to execute the
  agreement between ErieNet and the Town of West Seneca which will
  allow ErieNet to use a pole on Town property for their
  telecommunication services.
