Town Clerk Newton re Proofs of Publication and posting of legal notice "OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO HEAR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES AND CITIZENS FOR OR AGAINST THE ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW 2026-4 MODIFICATION OF CHAPTER 46-6 AVOIDABLE ALARMS" in the Town of West Seneca. Supervisor Dickson stated the town is awaiting input on the proposed modifications. LEGAL NOTICES 1. Town Clerk Newton re Proofs of Publication and posting of legal notice "OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1340 ORCHARD PARK ROAD FOR THE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL" in the Town of West Seneca. (Project documents) Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, to open the public hearing. Ayes: 4 Noes: 0 Abstain: 0 Motion Carried Supervisor Dickson stated the Planning Board members had questions and received answers from the applicant and no public comments were received.
