Provide 1 Year of remote monitoring via SMS text messaging and email. Alternate #1 Condenser Fan VFDs 1. Provide, install, and wire (2) 3 HP 460 volt VFDS with bypass package for the condenser fans to enable better control of the chiller plant, reduced wear on fans/contactors, and reduced energy usage. 2. Provide and install low voltage control wiring to incorporate control of VFDS into Schneider Ecostruxure control system. Alternate #2 Replace PLC Backup Controls 1. Provide and install new Schneider Electric controllers to replace legacy PLC backup controls serving chiller. 2. Provide all programming, graphics, and wiring to make a complete and operable system. Alternate #3 Munters Dehumidification DDC Controls 1. Provide, install and wire DDC controls for (1) existing Munters Dehumidification unit with heating coil. 2. Add (1) new space and (1) new duct relative humidity/temperature sensors. 3. Provide (1) new control valve actuator for existing heating coil control valve. 4. Incorporate controls for heating coil control valve and outside air damper control. 5. Add fan status CT for alarming of unit. 6. Provide all programming, graphics, schedules, and alarming to integrate it with the chiller plant system.
