TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Brian Adams, Highway Superintendent DATE: August 24, 2026 SUBJECT: Highway Superintendent Adams re Flooring contract - Senior Center Requested Action: Please see the attached quote from Heritage Flooring and authorize the Highway Superintendent to execute the agreement in the amount of $66,700.00, pursuant to State Contract #PC70838, for the purchase and installation of new flooring at the Town Senior Center. Funding for this project will be reimbursed to the Town through Erie County as part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) that was awarded to the Town earlier this year.
