TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Brian Cosgrove, Chief of Police DATE: August 24, 2026 SUBJECT: Chief Cosgrove re School Resource Officer Agreement - Addendum no. 4 Requested Action: Please authorize the Town Supervisor to sign the attached addendum with the West Seneca Central School District for the School Resource Officers. This 4th addendum will cover the reimbursement for 5 School Resource Officers from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. This addendum is a continuation of the original agreement signed with the West Seneca Central School District in 2016 and reflects the current rate of pay in the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the West Seneca Police Benevolent Association.
