TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Brian Cosgrove, Chief of Police DATE: August 24, 2026 SUBJECT: Chief Cosgrove re Inter-Municipal Agreement - Tactical Team Resources Requested Action: Kindly authorize the Town Supervisor and Chief of Police to sign the attached agreement with the Town of Cheektowaga and Village of Depew. The purpose of this agreement is to formalize the relationship between the parties, which will combine Tactical Team resources. This agreement will provide for more efficient use of resources to handle and resolve emergencies, disasters and violent situations on an as- needed basis.
