WEST SENECA COMMUNITY CENTER WEST SENECA ETHICS BOARD 1300 UNION ROAD MEETING MINUTES WEST SENECA, NY 14224 JANUARY 14, 2026 CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the West Seneca Ethics Board was called to order by Vice Chairperson Leonard at 6:01 PM. ROLL CALL Present: Kayla Leonard, Vice Chairperson Theresa Funk Braedan Gillman Maggie Mackert Absent: Anna Parks (Excused) APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Vice Chairperson Leonard, seconded by Ms. Funk, to approve the Ethics Board meeting minutes from November 12, 2025. Ayes: All Noes: None Abstain: None Motion: Carried COMMUNICATIONS • Thanking Former Chairperson Vice Chairperson Leonard thanked former Chairperson Teager for his dedicated service, particularly for his work in updating the Town of West Seneca ethics code and the disclosure forms. • Consideration of E-Signatures Motion by Vice Chairperson Leonard, seconded by Mr. Gillman, to table the vote on accepting e- signatures until the next Ethics Board Meeting. The board will research County and State ethics board verdict on the acceptance of e-signatures. Ayes: All Noes: None Abstain: None Motion: Carried 1

Ayes: All Noes: None Abstain: None Motion: Carried PUBLIC COMMENT None. EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion by Vice Chairperson Leonard, seconded by Ms. Funk to enter into executive session at 6:09 PM to review disclosure forms as they pertain to past employment history, future employment plans, employment history of a corporation or limited liability company, and/or matters that may lead to the employment, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal, or removal of a particular person or business entity. Ayes: All Noes: None Abstain: None Motion: Carried Motion by Vice Chairperson Leonard, seconded by Ms. Funk, to move out of executive session at 6:21 PM.
