  Motor Equipment Operator Eric Anderson

Requested Action:  At the request of the employee, please allow Eric Anderson to take up
  to a one year leave of absence from his position as a full time Highway
  Motor Equipment Operator, per the Blue Collar Union Contract,
  effective September 14, 2026.
