SUBJECT:  Highway Superintendent Adams re Title change of Samuel Gioia to
  Highway Working Crew Chief

Requested Action:  Please promote and change the title of Samuel Gioia from Heavy
  Equipment Operator to a Working Crew Chief Group 6, Step 5 at a rate
  of $38.54 per hour effective September 14, 2026, as per the Blue-
  Collar Contract.

  Please advise the Finance Department that this position will be paid
  from the Highway Full-Time account line 002-5110-0144-0000-0000.
