SUBJECT:  Chief Cosgrove re STOP-DWI contract

Requested Action:  Kindly authorize the Town Supervisor to sign the attached agreement
  with Erie County STOP-DWI to allow the West Seneca Police
  Department to participate in the reimbursement programs offered. The
  West Seneca Police Department has taken part in this program as a
  regular course of business for many years; it helps the department
  offset some DWI arrest-related costs.
