7. Implementation and Migration • AIS will coordinate the BCDR/security setup activities reflected in the quoted one-time fees for the Town and Police environments. • AIS will perform the server setup and migration professional services reflected in the $3,500.00 one-time migration fee. • Implementation scheduling, maintenance windows, and user-impacting changes will be coordinated with authorized Town contacts. 8. Cybersecurity and Data Protection The Agreement includes layered security services intended to strengthen the Town's ability to prevent, detect, investigate, and respond to cyber threats. Covered controls include endpoint AV/EDR/MDR, user security, FortiMail, penetration testing, SIEM, Duo MFA, managed firewalls, backup/retention, and monitoring services. AIS and the Town will cooperate in responding to security events affecting covered systems. The parties acknowledge that no cybersecurity program can eliminate all risk, and the services under this Agreement are designed to reduce risk and improve resilience rather than guarantee prevention of every incident. 9. Changes to Scope or Quantities Service quantities are based on the counts stated in this Agreement. Additions, removals, material environment changes, or requests outside the stated scope may require a written change, revised quote, or additional fees approved by the Town and AIS. 10. Invoicing and Payment AIS will invoice the recurring monthly charges and one-time implementation charges shown in this Agreement. Any tax, shipping, financing, or third-party pass-through charge not shown in the source quote will be handled in accordance with the applicable vendor or governmental requirement and documented to the Town. Payment timing and invoice processing will follow the Town's approved purchasing and accounts-payable procedures unless otherwise agreed in writing.
