TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Jason Foote, Town Engineer DATE: October 12, 2026 SUBJECT: Town Engineer re Phase 8 Sanitary Sewer Improvements Change Order Requested Action: Attached is Change Order 4 for the Phase 8 Sanitary Sewer Improvements project. This is a no cost change order that is increasing the contract times to June 1, 2027 (substantial completion) and July 1, 2027 (final payment). This increase is to satisfy funding agency requirements for them to update their approved contract times. The original contract is scheduled to be completed at the end of October 2026.
