  • Contract was bid out in summer of 2019 & includes a 2.5% cost increase per year
  - Waste Management was the only bid response
  - Includes weekly trash & recycling as well as weekly bulk collection
  - Blended value recycling written into the contract means the town is currently
  recouping some recycling costs
