Chairman Ms. Rood: She read a letter from Mr. Staub request for area variances proposed 40 by 32 structure.
Dear members of the zoning board, I am respectfully requesting area variance approval for a proposed 40 by 32
structures on my property located at 6970 Liebler Road. Originally the structure was planned to be smaller and
within the allowable dimensions. However, during discussion with the builder and while reviewing the project
layout on site, I decided at the last minute to slightly increase the size to better accommodate our needs and
improve the long-term functionality of the building. The requested variance is minimal in nature and will not
create any undesirable change to the character of the neighborhood, interfere with neighboring properties, or
negatively impact public health or safety. The structure will remain well-maintained and consistent with the
surrounding area. Granting this variance would allow us to complete the project appropriately without creating
any hardship for nearby residents or the community. We are simply seeking reasonable relief due to the
increased dimensions of the structure. I appreciate your time and consideration of this request and respectfully
ask for your approval of the area variances.
