DRAFT
Mr. Staub: They were not. At the time the time when the builder was there and I was looking at it and I said
“wow”. I can only fit my truck and the wife’s car. Where is the kids’ toys going to be? Where is the tractor
going? S there was an old, abandoned garage there and that probably would have fallen over by now. It was
runed down on Libeler Hill. So, I improved the property tremendously. The property was delinquent for years.
The amount of time and effort that our family put into that property to give back to the community is huge. I
feel the garage is a big improvement. to the community.

Ms. Pryor: It is beautiful.

Mr. Staub: The property was delinquent for 10 years with no one living in the home. I mean it is I feel it made
a natural improvement to the community. I know I outdid the size and I might not have done things the right
way. I feel it improved the look of the neighborhood.
