TOWN OF BOSTON – RESOLUTION NO. 2026 – 64 UNPAID WATER BILLS WHEREAS, pursuant to New York State Town Law, unpaid water bills may be collected using the methods for enforcement and collection of unpaid town taxes or assessments for special improvements; and WHEREAS, the water charges set forth below are unpaid, due, and owing; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Boston Town Board hereby requests that the Boston Assessor and Erie County Finance Department place the following Unpaid Bills on the 2026 Assessment Roll for collection in the 2027 Town and County Taxes: Amount S.B.L. # Service Address $91,150.65 135 ECWA Customers – See attached list $ 31.23 211.02-2-17 6177 WARD RD.
