PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BOSTON TOWN BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Boston on the 16th day of September, 2026 at 7:35 p.m., at the Town Hall, 8500 Boston State Road, Boston, New York, for the purpose of considering the application of Matt Kolo Excavating, LLC for Site Plan Approval of a proposed Office Building to be located at 7631 Zimmerman Road, Boston, New York, SBL 226.01-8-1.12, within the C- 2 General Commercial District. The complete site plan application is on file at the Office of the Town Clerk and is available for review by any interested person during business hours.
