I would like to thank you and your staff for affording us the opportunity to perform a loss control survey of your municipality, which included a meeting to review recent workplace injury losses and a safety inspection of various municipal facilities to identify potential workplace hazards. As a result of this survey, there are no workers’ compensation loss control recommendations to report. The municipality continues to maintain a safe work environment for your staff and we congratulate you on your efforts. Our review of your loss history did not result in any specific recommendations and we encourage you to continue your efforts on controlling workplace injuries and keeping staff safe.
