TOWN OF BOSTON – RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 50 AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DRESCHER MALECKI LLP FOR ACCOUNTING SERVICES WHEREAS, the Town Board desires to enter into a professional services agreement with Drescher Malecki LLP for purposes of performing accounting services for the Town; and WHEREAS, Drescher Malecki LLP submitted a proposal dated January 1, 2026 to provide the following services: • Review of the Annual Financial Report as submitted to New York State; • Review of General Recordkeeping Requirements for Town Justices; • Review of General Recordkeeping Requirements for Tax Collecting Officers; • Review of General Recordkeeping Requirements for Town Clerks; and • Accounting services and projects of the Town as otherwise agreed upon. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Supervisor hereby is authorized, on behalf of the Town of Boston, to enter into a professional services agreement with Drescher Malecki LLP for purposes of performing accounting services during the year ending December 31, 2026 for the Town at the rates set forth in the proposal dated January 1, 2026.
