TOWN OF BOSTON NOTICE OF DOG LICENSE FEES Article 7 of the New York State Agriculture & Market law requires ALL dogs older than 4 months to be licensed within the Town they reside in. Spayed/Neutered - 1 year $10 Unspayed/Un aesitcsrcatee updates 928 Spayed/Neuterea (Senior 65+) - $2.00 Discount Unspayed/Unneutered (Senior 65+) - $2.00 Discount Late/Delinquent Renewal Fee - $5 per month (30 Day grace period) Any owner found with unlicensed dogs will be subject to $10 additional license fee per dog. Licenses MUST be renewed annually. All dogs over 4 months of age harbored in the Town of Boston for more than 30 days need a Town of Boston Dog License. Dogs will need a current rabies certificate, proof of spay or neuter (if applicable). Dogs can be licensed at the Boston Town Clerk’s Office, Boston Town Hall, 8500 Boston State Road.
