TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Brian Cosgrove, Chief of Police DATE: February 9, 2026 SUBJECT: Chief Cosgrove re Attendance at DCJS Accreditation Training Requested Action: Please authorize Captain Bryan French to attend Accreditation Training on March 17-18, 2026, in Onondaga County, New York. This training is provided at no cost by the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) so the only expenses involved will be lodging and meals not to exceed $400.
