The tractor that was sold at auction was sold for $11,700, and the total sales for that auction were $13,001. 17. 2027 Retirement dues- if they are paid by February 1, 2027 the cost will be $141,265, and if paid by December 15, 2026 the cost will be $140,256. 18. Supervisor Drozd believes that he will have the tentative budget to give to Town Clerk Safford by 9/30/26. 19. NYS DOT is working on replacing guard rails in 9 locations along route 39, and a damaged concrete gutter near Belscher Road. It is tentatively scheduled to begin in the spring of 2027. 20. The auditor charged the Town $1032.50 for 29 ½ hours of work. 21. Supervisor Drozd was at a supervisors meeting and it was requested that if the Town did not have a policy on spoils and scrap metal that one is created.
