ITEM #7 COUNCIL MEMBER NOTES - Received correspondence from Erie County in regards to upcoming road closures: - Belscher Rd (CR-419) over Tributary to Spooner Creek (near #12940 Belscher Rd) will have a full road closure. This closure will begin August 24, with an anticipated completion date of October 30, 2026, or until complete. This road closure is for the purpose of a culvert replacement. - Sharp St (CR-181). over Spring Brook from Middle Rd. (CR-410) to North St. (CR-412) has been extended to October 15 from its original end date of August 31. - Genesee Rd (CR-73) from Mortons Corner (CR-106) to New Oregon Rd (CR-446) will have a full road closure beginning August 17, at 8:00am, and has an anticipated completion date of August 21, at 5:00pm, or until complete. This closure is for the purpose of cross culvert replacement. ITEM #8 EXECUTIVE SESSION Supervisor Drozd made a Motion to enter an Executive Session, seconded by Council Member Drake, to go into Executive Session at 6:54 p.m. 5 voting aye, 0 nays. Carried.
