SEVERABILITY The invalidity of any word, section, clause, paragraph, sentence, or part or provision of this Local Law shall not affect the validity of any other part of this Local Law which shall be given effect. SECTION VI. EFFECTIVE DATE This Local Law shall become effective immediately, as provided by law, upon filing with the New York Secretary of State. Supervisor Drozd asked the public if they had comments, and Sarah Rodriguez spoke to the Board about her thoughts on Solar energy. The Public Hearing remained opened until 8:12 a.m. Motion by Council Member Zittel, seconded by Council Member Krzemien, to close the Public Hearing. All voting aye.
