Mo on made by _________________________, and seconded by _________________________ to adopt the 2027 Tenta ve Budget as the 2027 Preliminary Budget and set a public hearing to be held on Monday, November 2, 2026 at 7:00 pm NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR TOWN OF COLLINS ANNUAL PRELIMINARY BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the annual preliminary budget of the Town of Collins for the year 2027 has been completed and led in the o ce of the Clerk of the Town of Collins, where it is available for inspec on by any interested person during o ce hours. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Collins will meet and review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon at the Collins Town Hall, 14093 Mill Street, Collins, New York, Erie County, on the 2nd day of November 2026, at 7:00 P.M. and any person may be heard in favor of or against the preliminary budget, as compiled, or for or against any item or items therein contained. Pursuant to Sec on 108 of the Town law, the proposed salaries of the following town o cials are hereby speci ed as follows: 1. Town Councilman $8,226.34 each per annum, or $32,905.36 in total 2. Supervisor $44,632.05 per annum base amount, and an addi onal $1,500.00 to supervise the Water Department, making the total $46,132.05 per annum 3. Town Clerk $53,863.14 per annum 4.
