RESOLUTION: BUDGET MODIFICATIONS & TRANSFERS Mo on made by and seconded by to approve the following Budget Modi ca on and Transfers for Budget Year 2026: BUDGET TRANFER: A FUND: From: A1990.400 Con ngent To: A8664.4 Clearance/Demoli on-Contr’l $11,000.00 BUDGET TRANFER: B FUND: From: B1990.4 Con ngent To: B8020.4 Planning-Contractual $ 241.00 BUDGET MODIFICATION: SW1 FUND: We resolve to increase the budget for the TRANSPORTATION & DIST. - CONT. expense account SW1-8340.400 , in the amount of: $13,750.00, the funding for this modi ca on is coming from the Unappropriated Fund Balance RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZE THE COLLLINS TOWN COURT TO APPLY FOR A JCAP GRANT WHEREAS, the Collins Town Court wishes to apply for a Jus ce Court Assistance Program (JCAP) Grant to secure Courtroom Enhancements, purchase Court O cer Safety Equipment, and upgrade Courtroom Safety Scanning Equipment. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of the Town of Collins authorizes the Collins Town Court to apply for a JCAP Grant in the 2026-27 grant cycle up to $30,000.00. RESOLUTION: APPROVE EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM FOR THE TOWN OF COLLINS WHEREAS The Town of Collins desires to develop an Emergency No ca on System for The Town of Collins Residence, and WHEREAS the Town contacted Crisis24 (CodeRED), EverBridge, and TextMyGov for proposals to supply an Emergency No ca on Informa on System. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Collins Town Board hereby enters into an agreement with Crisis24 (CodeRED) to supply the Emergency No ca on System at a cost of $3,511.89 per year for a term of 3 years, and to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign the agreement. RESOLUTION: APPROVE PURCHASE OF AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATOR (AED) UNITS FOR THE TOWN OF COLLINS WHEREAS, the Town of Collins desires to purchase three (3) AED On Site Business Units to be placed, one in each of the following Town Buildings: Town Hall to be shared with the Court Room, Town Highway Building, and The Transfer Sta on O ce, and WHEREAS, Erie County Legislator John Mills has reserved $2,500.00 towards the Town’s purchase of three (3) AED Units, and WHEREAS, the Town researched online sites for pricing from: AED.US, Amazon, American AED, and AED.COM, with the best prices coming from AMERICAN AED with a base price of $1,529.00 for each Philips Heart Start On Site AED package and $125.00 for each set of op ons Infant/Child Pads.
