Village of Gowanda Board Meeting Minutes September 8, 2026 The Village of Gowanda Board of Trustees meeting was called to order by Mayor Nephew at 6:00 PM. Present: Mayor Mark Nephew, Trustee Peter Sisti, Trustee Paul Zimmermann, Trustee Wanda Koch, Trustee Carol Sheibley Employees: Clerk Danielle Wagner, Treasurer Traci Hopkins, WWTP Supervisor Sam Lauer, Highway Supervisor Adam Reid, Water Supervisor Kirk Trumpore, Code George Poff, OIC Ross Olzweski Absent: Attorney Deb Chadsey, Code Jason Pickering Public Present: Sandra Farley, Jack Broyles, Gene Majeurzak, Brad Mohawk Agenda and Minutes Motion 9-61-Motion by Trustee Zimmermann, seconded by Trustee Sisti to approve the agenda for the September 8, 2026 Meeting. Motion carried. Motion-9-62-Motion by Trustee Sheibley, seconded by Trustee Koch to approve the minutes from August 11, 2026 and the special meeting August 24, 2026. Motion carried. Public Participation Sandra Farley-someone is throwing garbage into the abandoned property at 91 Buffalo St. The house is falling down. Jack Broyles-Palmer St brush pile-what are the hours. Someone has been throwing their garbage into the house. The Village has started the condemnation process. An owner has been located but is now
