Motion 9-70-Motion by Trustee Zimmermann, seconded by Trustee Sisti for water system improvement debt issued in December of 2016 transferred to 15-year bond. Motion carried. Motion 9-71-Motion by Trustee Sisti, seconded by Trustee Zimmermann for fire truck equipment debt issued in July of 2022 transferred to 5-year bond. Motion carried. A bid for the basketball court resurfacing project will go out with the hopes it will be completed in Spring. Motion 9-72-Motion by Trustee Koch, seconded by Trustee Zimmermann to approve the bid advertisement for St Johns basketball court resurfacing. Motion carried. Motion 9-73-Motion by Trustee Sheibley, seconded by Trustee Sisti to approve the abstract bills to pay for General Fund $38,880.52, Water Fund $10,069.17, Sewer Fund $9,034.99, Capital Projects $12,602.96 and Community Development Special Projects $16,603.09. Motion carried. Next Meeting Next meeting will be October 13, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Executive Session Motion 9-74-Motion by Trustee Koch, seconded by Trustee Sisti to adjourn into executive session at 7:08 PM for the purpose of employment agreement. Motion carried. Executive Session was adjourned at 7:23 PM. Motion 9-75-Motion by Trustee Sisti, seconded by Trustee Koch to approve the employment agreement for Sam Lauer as Chief Water Operator and Sewer Operator and Supervisor effective 10/1/26 pending licensing.
