Senior Foreman, Public Works – Requests the City Council approve CPL as the architectural and engineering firm for the City Hall Extension Demolition Project and approve the ordinance adding a new General Fund Budget Code. An ordinance amending the 2026-2027 Budget Ordinances and adding to the General Fund Budget Code “Demolition of 714 Ridge Rd Orange Extension (Bond)” and transferring $194,000 for the proposed professional services and fees to this new Budget Code.
