Departmental Reports: 1. City Comptroller – A/P Check listing #4, dated 9/9/2026. 2. City Treasurer – Cash Receipt Totals, dated 8/1/2026 – 8/31/2026. 3. City Clerk’s Office – Monthly Report, dated 8/1/2026 – 8/31/2026. Communication from the Mayor: 4. Mayor Iafallo – Requests the City Council approve the resolution supporting the Lead-Line Elimination and Replacement Program. 4(A) An ordinance supporting Assembly Bill A.10568 “Consolidated Lead-Line Elimination and Replacement Program”; calling on the NYS Legislature to pass and the Governor to sign said Bill. 5. Mayor Iafallo – Requests the City Council approve the Erie County STOP-DWI Program contract. The Police Chief has reviewed and signed the agreement. Communications from Division/Department Heads: 6. City Comptroller – Requests the City Council approve the ordinance to transfer the remaining Erie County Urban Initiative Grant funds that were not used in the completion of the Steelawanna Traffic Signal.
