Departmental Reports: 1. City Comptroller — A/P Check listing#1, dated 8/13/2026. 2. City Comptroller - A/P Check Listing #2, dated 8/24/2026. 3. City Comptroller — A/P Check Listing #3, dated 8/27/2026. 4. City Clerk’s Office - Monthly Report, dated 7/1/2026 — 7/31/2026. Communication from the Mayor: 5. Mayor lafallo - Submits to the City Council the resignation of the City Comptroller, Jacquelyn Dole and the appointment of Peggy Bigaj-Sobol as the new City Comptroller. Communications from Division/Department Heads: 6. Purchasing Agent ~ Requests the City Council approve his request to obtain RFP’s for electricity and natural gas. The current contract with New Wave expires December 19, 2026. 7. Fire Chief ~ Requests the City Council approve the quote from Power and Construction Group to replace the traffic lights in front of the Fire Stations. Only one quote was received. The quote was in the amount of $97,955 to complete the work.
