SECTION 1. that the 2026-2027 Budget Ordinances adopted June 9th, 2026, is hereby amended to transfer budget appropriations between budget lines. SECTION 2. That the 2026-2027 Budget Ordinance adopted June 9, 2026 is hereby amended to decrease budget line A-1010-0403-0000 – Books & Periodicals by $1,000.00 and decrease budget line A-1010-0464-0000 – Travel Allowance by $4,098.00. Budget line A- 1010-0101-0000 Council President will be increased by $2,896 and budget line A-1010- 0101-0000 – 4th Ward Council Member will be increased by $3,012.00.
