RESOLVED, that the attached Direct Service Agreement between the Authority and the City of Lackawanna is hereby authorized, and the Mayor’s approval thereof is hereby ratified and approved and the Mayor’s signature to the agreement authorized. RESOLVED, that the City’s Water System be conveyed in its entirety to the Authority. THIS RESOLUTION SHALL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATLEY.
