Public comment: Angie Passucci of 58 Eagan Drive spoke. Discussion focused on a potential business in a residential neighborhood and the impact it would have on younger and older residents as well as the character of the area. Chairwoman Kimberly Smith read a phone message received by the Department of Development from Angie Passucci, reiterating her in-person comments. Motion by Friend; seconded by Abdulla to table site plan as presented. Board condition to applicant is as follows: Applicant is to provide potential building designs and property layouts for the proposed structure that will blend in with the existing character of the neighborhood. Applicant is requesting site plan approval to permit storage of four (4) 10-foot by 20-foot containers to house interior remodeling materials and to allow an 8-foot tall berm on the rear of the property running the width of the blacktop within the Industrial Zone. Motion by Buckner; seconded by Dubel to open floor to public comment. Discussion involved a slow but steady development on the land after the prior structure was demolished. Motion by Friend; seconded by Abdulla to close floor to public comment.
