15.14 Effective Date. The Franchise granted herein will take effect and be in full force from the date of approval by the NYPSC (“Effective Date”). If any fee or grant that is passed through to Subscribers is required by this Franchise, other than the franchise fee, such fee or grant shall go into effect sixty (60) days after the Effective Date of this Franchise. 15.15 No Third Party Beneficiaries. Nothing in this Franchise is intended to confer third-party beneficiary status on any person other than the parties to this Franchise to enforce the terms of this Franchise.
