Meeting for July 14th, 2026 Good evening, In the last month the guys and I have.... 1. Assisted the Wales Center Fire Company with 1 tree sleeping in the road on 4 rod rd. Sprayed herbicide around the SW Cemetery Chip seal done on Carpenter Road by Suit Kote with the help of Sheldon, Elma and Lancaster Highway dept. Cross Culvert #19 was replaced on 6/29, Cross Culvert #20 was repaired on 6/30, Cross culvert #7 was replaced 6/18 (see attached sheet) We cleaned up a very large, downed tree in the Hunters Creek Cemetery The salt storage shed was emptied and the walls were treated. Working on getting it filled for the 26-27 winter season 7. Ditches have been cleaned on Goodleburg rd. We continue doing various tasks in the shop and maintaining equipment, roads and buildings as needed. if there are any questions feel free to reach out to me.
