Wales Town Board Public Hearing Tuesday, October 13th, 2026 @ 7:00 pm *Emergency procedures: Follow the exit signs to the closest possible exit in an orderly manner. * Please turn off all cell phones and pagers. Public Hearing for Erie County Community Block Grant for the Town of Wales This Public Hearing is for the Town of Wales Residents to provide their input to the Town Board concerning possible community development and housing projects which would benefit low to moderate income residents, elderly or handicapped residents and for the prevention of slums or blight in the Town of Wales. 1) Call to Order. 2) Roll Call. 3) Ask me to read Notice of Public Hearing as Published. 4) Overview of Erie County Community Block Grant 5) Invitation for Resident’s input to the Town Board. • People wishing to speak will be recognized by the Chairman. • Please give full name and address prior to speaking. • You will then be allowed three (3) minutes to provide your input to the Board. • Discussions on other than agenda item may be discontinued by the Chairman. • All persons wishing to speak will be heard only once on the agenda item. • Please address all comments directly to the Town Board Members only. 6) Adjournment.
