ARTICLE VI RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COUNTY Section 6.0. The County shall have no responsibility for the operation, and maintenance of the Property other than to provide the payment set forth in Section 2.0 hereof. ARTICLE VII TERM OF AGREEMENT Section 7.0. The term of this agreement shall be ONE YEAR (1) year commencing on AUGUST 12, 2026 unless terminated sooner as provided herein. ARTICLE VIII NOTICES Section 8.0. All notices of any nature referred to in this Agreement shall be in writing and either sent by registered or certified mail postage pre-paid, or sent by hand or overnight courier, or sent by facsimile (with acknowledgment received and a copy of the notice sent by overnight courier), to the respective addresses set forth below or to such other addresses as the respective parties hereto may designate in writing. Notice shall be effective on the date of receipt.
