Supervisor Snyder opened the session at 6:30 PM with the recitation of the Pledge of
Allegiance to the Flag.

1. 42 North Field Lighting at South Street Park

Ryan Sullivan, Board Member of East Aurora Baseball and Softball, presented a proposal to install
six light poles at the 42 North field to expand practice and game availability from spring through
fall. The Bunny family is donating the lights and Ferguson Electric is donating the poles, representing
roughly $25,000 to $30,000 in contributed materials. The league asked the Town to help with
installation costs and said it would fundraise for the remaining work. Ryan said the league needs
a clear Town contribution so it can establish a fundraising target.

Highway Superintendent Gunner reviewed available Parks budget lines and said the Town could
likely support a 50/50 split of the roughly $10,000 pole installation cost, subject to Board approval.
He cautioned that no money is currently budgeted next year for the remaining electrical work. He
also supported having Ferguson complete the installation because of the pole size and utility
concerns.

Supervisor Snyder emphasized the need for a complete financial and technical plan before
proceeding. He raised questions about engineering, utilities, storm sewer conflicts and future costs,
and suggested exploring outside grant or legislative funding. The general direction was to install
the poles this fall, continue design and fundraising over the winter, and complete wiring and
lighting in the spring.

2. Main Street Library Ramp

The Board discussed pursuing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for a larger
ADA-compliant ramp project, potentially including heat, while making limited interim repairs to
address current hazards. Highway Superintendent Gunner will obtain pricing for those temporary
repairs.

3. Town Clerk Software – GovPilot

Town Clerk Viger presented GovPilot for the Town Clerk’s Office, highlighting online services, FOIL
tracking and workflow improvements. She estimated about $20,500 in combined savings and new
revenue. GovPilot’s proposal was negotiated from $20,000 annually plus a $4,000 setup fee to
$16,000 annually with no setup fee under a three-year agreement. Town Clerk Viger asked that
