Colden Storage Well #15461 Coiled Tubing Fishing Project in the Town of Aurora, New York.
1. Scope of Services
GHD will review the SWPPP to assure that it adequately meets all regulations and requirements as outlined in
Chapter 96 (Stormwater Management) of the Town Code, the State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
(SPDES) General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Construction Activities, Permit No. GP-0-25-001, and
the NYS Stormwater Management Design Manual, latest revision.
Upon completion of our review, GHD will provide the Town with the SWPPP review checklist and a written
recommendation to approve or a summary of comments to be addressed by the applicant prior to approval. If
there are comments, GHD will conduct up to one follow-up review of responses and provide a final
recommendation to approve. Any additional reviews are considered outside of the scope of this proposal.
2. Schedule and Fee
GHD is prepared to begin work immediately upon receipt of written authorization.
We propose to complete the above scope of services for a not-to-exceed fee of $800. The Town will be
invoiced monthly based on the actual hours of work completed in the previous month. Please note that per
Chapter 96 of the Town Code, the Town should be compensated by the developer for this fee.
Should this proposal meet with your approval, please sign the attached Amendment/Change Form and return
an electronic copy to us for our files.

Subject: Request for letters of support
Dear Sir or Madam:
West Falls Conservation Society, Inc. is seeking letters of support for grant applications that will fund Phase 2
of its Universally Accessible Outdoor Archery Course on the Society’s property in West Falls, New York.
Phase 1 of this project was completed in 2025 and included drainage improvement of the site; grading of the
site; establishment of 10 shooting stations and a parking area using blacktop road millings as the base
material. Phase 2, for which we are requesting grant funding, will build on this completed work by paving the
shooting areas, target areas, and parking area with asphalt.
We are requesting letters of support from like-minded organizations to include with our grant applications.
Below are the requirements for letters of support. The deadline for the receipt of letters of support is
10/10/2026.
Letters of public benefit should NOT be letters of thanks for past events or programs, but rather be in
support of the project for which we are requesting funds and describe how the letter writer’s organization
will benefit from the grant. Letters must be dated and should be submitted on the supporting
organization's letterhead, however if not available, letters should clearly detail the author's organization,
position within that organization, and his or her duties. Letters from for-profit businesses, individuals
writing on their own behalf, members of the club or applying organization are NOT sufficient.
These are letters written by 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations or government entities detailing how they
stand to benefit from the project being funding by the grant program. These are typically required with an
application that includes a request for a capital improvement to a facility or property owned or operated by
a non-profit other than a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, or government entity.
If you agree that our project is a worthy cause and public benefit project, please send a letter of support on
your organizations letterhead to: West Falls Conservation Society, Inc.. P.O. Box 490, West Falls, NY 14170-
0490, or email to [email protected].
With kind regards,
Jerold Lewandowski,
Gerold (Leunandauuashs
Chairman, Universally Accessible Outdoor Archery Course
