Councilmember Wrazen moved to add the following Refuse District charges to the Action #348 2027 Town & County tax roll for residents who request extra trash or recycling totes. Per Adding the Town’s agreement with Waste Management, the following yearly rates are effective additional totes October 2, 2026 through December 31, 2027: to 2027 tax roll • 24651 - Additional Garbage Tote: $150 approved • 24652 – Additional Recycling Tote: $90 Councilmember McCann seconded the motion. Upon a vote being taken: ayes – three, noes – none. Motion carried. Councilmember McCann moved to add an unpaid 2026 garbage bill of $247.83 Action #349 for Shannon O’Brien of 2405 Blakeley Road, South Wales, NY to the resident’s 2027 Town Adding & County tax roll. The resident was issued a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy delinquent February 3, 2026 and mailed several notices without response. Councilmember Wrazen garbage to 2027 seconded the motion.
