New Cases: CASE #1549 – Robert Bannister for a fence height variance to install pillars at the end of the driveway at 1776 Blakeley Rd, East Aurora. CASE #1550 – Keith McCoy for mean height and garage door height variances to construct a pole barn at 36 Hillcrest Rd, East Aurora. CASE #1551 – Philip Colarusso for a permanent sign size variance, a temporary sign variance, and a use variance to hold events at 1215 Quaker Rd, East Aurora. II. Adjourned Cases: CASE #1456 – Christine & James Elvers for side yard setback and accessory building in the front yard variances and dwelling front yard setback and lot area variances from the ODA requirements at 1305 Jewett Holmwood Rd, Orchard Park (mailing address). III.Cases for review: none IV. Deliberation and decisions for Cases heard. The petitioner or an Authorized Representative must accompany every presentation.
