New Cases: CASE #1552 - Ryan Keller of 2200 Boies Rd, West Falls for installation of pillars at the end of the driveway. CASE #1553 - Katherine Lally of 197 Old Glenwood Rd, West Falls, for construction of an accessory structure (shed) CASE #1554 - Polo Grounds Condominium at 350 Quaker Rd, Aurora for an exemption of replacing existing light fixtures CASE #1555 - Dan & Denise Franklin of 174 Roycroft Circle, East Aurora for replacing a damaged fence in the front yard CASE #1556 - Jacob Hinman of 1590 Hubbard Rd, East Aurora for construction of a covered front porch and an accessory structure (shed) II. Adjourned Cases: CASE #1539 - Matthew Siefert of 850 Davis Rd, East Aurora for an accessory structure to cover a recreational vehicle CASE #1551 - Philip Colarusso of 1216 Quaker Rd, East Aurora, for area variances for the size of a permanent sign and timeframe for an A-frame sign and for a use variance to hold public events III. Please park in the rear parking lot and enter through the entrance at the rear of the building. There are signs directing you to the second floor via elevator or staircase.
