Supervisor Dickson re Equitable Business Opportunities (EBO) Resolution Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, to adopt the following resolution appointing the Supervisor to be the Town’s Responsible Local Official: WHEREAS, the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) has implemented a web- based reporting system called Equitable Business Opportunities (EBO) to streamline and satisfy Title VI Civil Rights Reporting requirements for Federal Aid for locally sponsored contracts; and 4 Page 7 of 176
