Page 29 March 6, 2026 TOWN OF CONCORD BID OPENING March 6, 2026 Spring Trash Pickup 10 a.m. PRESENT: PHILIP DROZD, SUPERVISOR LAURA SAFFORD, TOWN CLERK EXCUSED: CLYDE M. DRAKE, COUNCIL MEMBER KENNETH D. ZITTEL, COUNCIL MEMBER KIMBERLY S. KRZEMIEN, COUNCIL MEMBER KENNETH KASSEL, COUNCIL MEMBER Supervisor Drozd opened the bid opening at 10:00 a.m. Town Clerk Safford had published the Notice in the Springville Journal on February 19, 2026. The Notice was posted on the Town's website and the sign board at the Town Hall on February 19, 2026. Supervisor Drozd and Town Clerk Safford received one sealed bid. Town Clerk Safford opened the bid as follows: MRC Disposal 71 Nason Blvd., Springville, NY 14141 Bid $27,779.98 Statement of Non-Collusion, Certificate of Liability Insurance, Certificate of Workers’ Compensation Insurance, and Cashier's Check deposit of 5% of bid ($1,389.00) included. Supervisor Drozd closed the bid opening at 10:04 a.m. The Town Board will review the bid and award the bid at their March 12th meeting. ________________________________________ Laura Safford Town Clerk
